Jassmin is a seasoned sales leader with experience across the nonprofit and tech sectors. She began her career at BrantTel Networks, managing IT sales and procurement operations, enhancing contract renewal systems, and fostering key vendor relationships.

In 2016, Jassmin transitioned to ShiftPosts, an early-stage pharmacy staffing SaaS, where she designed and executed sales operations processes and established national partnerships, driving company growth. She then joined AKA New Media in 2017, developing a passion for helping nonprofits leverage technology to achieve their missions. As Business Development Manager, she led sales efforts, strengthening nonprofits’ online presence and digital fundraising capabilities.

In 2022, Jassmin took on a pivotal role at the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion. As Business Development Manager and later Team Lead, she oversaw sales and partnership efforts, refining processes and significantly boosting the charity’s visibility. Now, as Senior Sales Lead at Grantbook, Jassmin brings her expertise in relationship building, strategic planning, and process implementation to drive sustainable revenue and support Grantbook’s mission.

Jassmin has pursued various business and sales technology coursework, including programs at Fanshawe College and BrainStation, enhancing her expertise and skills.
