Kristina is passionate about designing impactful business solutions with a human-centered lens.
She began her career in internal communications, designing and implementing employee engagement and storytelling strategies for her clients. After completing her MBA in 2021, she pivoted into internal strategy where she supported the prioritization of tech investments and managed strategic and delivery roadmaps. She also helped to build a center of excellence for service design that championed a human-centered design approach to build best-in-class experiences, and delivered a refreshed operating model to support the successful adoption of service design frameworks and optimized project delivery.
After taking a career break to travel across the United States and Europe, she joined Grantbook in 2024 as the Service Design Operations Lead.
Kristina received her B.A. in History from McMaster University, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Sheridan College, and her MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
